Survivor
Topsail is located in the Village of Stump Sound in
North Topsail Beach, on coastal North Carolina.
The
Village of Stump Sound is a community development
of 160 single family homes, located on both sides
of Island Drive. There are homes on both the ocean
side and sound side of the Village.
The
majority of homes in the Village are occupied by the
property owners. While some owners reside in the village
full time year round, other owners use their homes
in the village for vacations. Only 30 properties in
the Village are available for vacation rental.
The
Village features a community swimming pool at the
Village Clubhouse for residents, their guests and
renters to use. A pool monitor is on duty during summer
months to ensure the pool does not become overcrowded.
The village also has tennis courts available for owners,
their guests and renters.
The
Village Clubhouse is used for board meetings and Village
functions and is available to property owners for
private functions. Owners have used the Village Clubhouse
for receptions, weddings and other private social
events.
Access
to the beach is also located at the Village Clubhouse,
where bathroom facilities are available, and at other
locations throughout the Village. The beach accesses
are not open to the general public and are only for
use by Village residents, their guests and renters.
Because
the Village of Stump Sound is a community development,
there are rules in place that residents, their guests
and renters must follow. A complete copy of the Village
rules are posted at Survivor Topsail and are available
in advance upon request.
